طراحی و اعتبار‌سنجی الگویی از بسترهای خطر تقلب در شرکت‌ها بر اساس سبک تفکر مدیران

چکیده
هدف: این پژوهش با هدف توسعه و اعتبارسنجی یک مدل پارادایمی جامع برای تبیین بسترهای خطر تقلب در شرکت‌ها انجام شد. در این مدل، سبک تفکر مدیران به‌عنوان یکی از مهم‌ترین مؤلفه‌های شناختی و رفتاری اثرگذار بر ایجاد محیط‌های مستعد تقلب مورد توجه قرار گرفت.
 
روش: این پژوهش با طرح آمیخته اکتشافی انجام شد. در بخش کیفی، مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته با ۱۶ خبره حسابداری و حسابرسی انجام و داده‌ها با استفاده از رویکرد نظریه‌پردازی داده‌بنیاد در نرم‌افزار MAXQDA تحلیل شد که منجر به شناسایی ۲۲ مقوله اصلی و ۱۱۳ مقوله فرعی گردید. در بخش کمی، پرسش‌نامه‌ای برگرفته از یافته‌های کیفی بین ۳۸۴ متخصص توزیع شد و تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری با نرم‌افزار SmartPLS3.0 انجام گرفت. پایایی ابزار با آلفای کرونباخ 97/0 تأیید شد.
 
یافته‌ها: نتایج کمی نشان داد عوامل اجتماعی در شرایط علّی، سبک تفکر مدیریت در پدیده محوری، ناشایستگی مدیریتی در شرایط زمینه‌ای و ویژگی‌های کارکنان در شرایط مداخله‌گر بیشترین اثر را بر شکل‌گیری بسترهای خطر تقلب دارند. همچنین، اغلب روابط فرض‌شده در مدل از نظر آماری معنادار بودند.
 
نتیجه‌گیری: تقلب مدیریتی حاصل تعامل پویا میان عوامل ساختاری، شناختی، فرهنگی و انگیزشی است. تقویت کنترل‌های داخلی، ارتقای حاکمیت شرکتی و بهبود شایستگی‌های اخلاقی و شناختی مدیران می‌تواند به‌طور قابل‌ملاحظه‌ای ریسک تقلب را کاهش دهد. مدل ارائه‌شده، ابزاری معتبر برای ارزیابی ریسک تقلب و بهبود استانداردهای نظارتی و حسابرسی محسوب می‌شود.
