طراحی الگوی بهینه پیش‌بینی نقدشوندگی سهام از طریق مدل جنگل تصادفی

چکیده

هدف: بازارهای سهام به دلیل پویایی، پیچیدگی‌های مالی و درک ضعیف افراد در تعیین قیمت، بسیار پرنوسان و پرخطر هستند. بنابراین هدف این پژوهش طراحی الگویی است که بتواند قیمت سهام را پیش‌بینی کرده تا به سرمایه‌گذارانی که دانش کافی برای درک پویایی‌های پیچیده موجود در ارزیابی و پیش‌بینی قیمت سهام ندارند، کمک بهینه نماید.
 
روش: این پژوهش از یک روش ترکیبی بهره می‌برد که شامل تحلیل داده‌ها، یادگیری ماشین و الگوسازی پیش‌بینی است. ابتدا داده‌های مربوط به نقدشوندگی سهام از مجموعـه دادگـان علمی مختلف جمع‌آوری و پیش‌پردازش شده، سپس از الگوریتم جنگل تصادفی یـادگیری ماشـین بـرای شناسـایی و طراحی الگوی بهینه نقدشوندگی سهام استفاده شده است.
 
یافته‌ها: در این پژوهش، با استفاده ازالگوریتم جنگل‌های تصادفی، سعی شده است تا حد امکان الگویی دقیق و کارا برای پیش‌بینی نقدشوندگی سهام تدوین شود. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهند که ویژگی‌های بتا و میزان تغییرات و نوسانات در بازدهی سهام بیشترین تأثیر را بر نقدشوندگی سهام داشته و الگوی به دست آمده با دقت بالاتری نسبت به الگوهای قبلی می‌تواند این نقدشوندگی را پیش‌بینی کند. مقدار پایین خطای مربعی میانگین نیز نشان‌دهنده افزایش دقت پیش‌بینی‌ها است.
 
نتیجه‌گیری: خطای مربعی میانگین پایین الگو، تأیید می‌کند الگوی جنگل‌های تصادفی انتخاب مناسبی برای پیش‌بینی نقدشوندگی سهام بوده است. این نتایج می‌توانند به سرمایه‌گذاران و تحلیل‌گران مالی در اتخاذ تصمیمات بهتر و دقیق‌تر کمک کنند.
