تحلیل تأثیر ریسک برآورد خطر ورشکستگی بر محافظه‌کاری حسابرس

چکیده

هدف:با توجه به اهمیت موضوع ورشکستگی و پیامدهای آن،این پژوهش به دنبال آن است که با اندازه‌گیری ریسک برآورد خطر ورشکستگی صاحبکار، به بررسی فرضیۀ محافظه‌کاری حسابرسان در این شرایط پرداخته، آثار این ریسک را بر رفتار آنها تحلیل نماید.
روش:برای بررسی موضوع، براساس رگرسیون چند گانه و نیز رگرسیون پروبیت، داده‌های 110 شرکت پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران طی بازۀ زمانی 1386 تا 1396 از صورت‌های مالی، گزارش‌های حسابرسی صورت‌های مالی، سایت رسمی بورس اوراق بهادار تهران و نیز اطلاعات نزد جامعة حسابداران رسمی ایران جمع‌آوری و برای آزمون فرضیه‌های پژوهش استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها:براساس یافته‌های پژوهش، افزایش ریسک برآورد خطر ورشکستگی صاحبکار، بر صدور بند ابهام در تداوم فعالیت صاحبکار، در گزارش حسابرس تأثیر مثبت دارد؛ اما افزایشاین ریسک، تاثیری بر حق‌الزحمه حسابرس نداشته است.
نتیجه‌گیری: حسابرسان در راستای مسئولیت‌های حرفه‌ای و نیز پاسخگویی اجتماعی که در قبال ورشکستگی صاحبکاران خود دارند، هوشیار بوده، ضمن توجه به تأثیر ریسک برآورد خطر ورشکستگی صاحبکاران بر برآورد خود از اجزای خطر حسابرسی با افزایش این ریسک، محافظه‌کارانه‌تر رفتار می‌کنند.
