کیفیت نظارت حسابرسی و ریسک سقوط قیمت سهام: نقش تعدیلگر معیارهای اجتناب مالیاتی

چکیده

هدف: این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تأثیر کیفیت نظارت حسابرسی بر ریسک سقوط قیمت سهام با در نظر گرفتن نقش تعدیل‌گر معیارهای اجتناب مالیاتی انجام شده است. از آن‌جا که کیفیت نظارت حسابرسی به‌عنوان یکی از سازوکارهای مهم حاکمیت شرکتی، از طریق کاهش عدم تقارن اطلاعاتی و افزایش شفافیت گزارشگری مالی مانع انباشت اطلاعات منفی می‌شود، می‌تواند ریسک سقوط قیمت سهام را کاهش دهد؛ در حالی‌که رفتارهای اجتناب مالیاتی ممکن است این رابطه را تعدیل کنند.
 
روش: جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه شرکت‌های پذیرفته‌شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران طی بازه زمانی ۱۳۹3 تا ۱۴۰3 بوده است. پس از اعمال محدودیت‌ها نمونه‌ای متشکل از ۱25 شرکت در طول دوره زمانی مذکور انتخاب شده است. روش پژوهش از نوع توصیفی‌تحلیلی و مبتنی بر الگوی رگرسیون چندمتغیره با رویکرد داده‌های ترکیبی است.
 
یافته‌ها: نتایج حاصل از فرضیه‌های پژوهش نشان داد کیفیت نظارت درونی حسابرسی بر ریسک سقوط قیمت سهام تأثیر منفی و معناداری دارد و معیارهای اجتناب مالیاتی (نرخ مؤثر مالیاتی نقدی- نرخ مؤثر مالیاتی جریان نقد عملیاتی- اختلاف مالیات دفتری کل) رابطه بین کیفیت نظارت درونی حسابرسی و ریسک سقوط قیمت سهام را به صورت منفی و معنادار تعدیل می‌کنند. همچنین کیفیت نظارت بیرونی حسابرسی، بر ریسک سقوط قیمت سهام تأثیر منفی و معناداری دارد و معیارهای اجتناب مالیاتی(نرخ مؤثر مالیاتی جریان نقد عملیاتی- اختلاف مالیات دفتری کل)، رابطه بین کیفیت نظارت درونی حسابرسی و ریسک سقوط قیمت سهام را به صورت منفی و معناداری تعدیل می‌کنند و در حالی که معیارنرخ مؤثر مالیاتی نقدی تأثیر منفی و غیرمعناداری دارد.
 
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج پژوهش حاکی از آن است که تقویت کیفیت نظارت حسابرسی، از طریق نظارت درونی و بیرونی، نقش مؤثری در کاهش ریسک سقوط قیمت سهام دارد و اجتناب مالیاتی نیز ضرورت هماهنگی نهادهای نظارتی و مالیاتی در ارزیابی شفافیت اطلاعات مالی شرکت‌ها را برجسته می‌کند.
