چکیده

هدف: وقتی مقدار سرمایه در گردش بهینه باشد، ارزش شرکت حداکثر خواهد بود. این موضوع باعث می‌شود شرکت‌ها نسبت سرمایه در گردش خود را به سمت نسبت بهینه (هدف) تعدیل کنند. در این پژوهش، تأثیر میزان دسترسی به منابع مالی برون‌سازمانی و قدرت چانه‌زنی در مذاکرات تجاری بر سرعت تعدیل سرمایه در گردش بررسی شده است.
 روش: نمونه پژوهش شامل داده‌های 137 شرکت پذیرفته‌شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران در بازه زمانی 1399-1382 است. به‌منظور سنجش سرعت تعدیل و نیز آزمون فرضیه‌ها، مدل‌های پویا و برآوردگر گشتاورهای تعمیم‌یافته سیستمی به‌کار رفته‌اند. برای آزمون‌های تکمیلی، رویکرد دو مرحله‌ای اورلوا و رائو (2018) استفاده شده است.
 یافته‌ها: نتایج در مجموع نشان می‌دهد در قیاس با سایر واحدهای تجاری، در شرکت‌هایی که دسترسی بیشتری به منابع مالی برون‌سازمانی دارند و از قدرت چانه‌زنی بیشتری در مذاکرات تجاری برخوردارند، سرعت تعدیل سرمایه در گردش، بیشتر است. یافته‌های حاصل از آزمون‌های تکمیلی که مؤیّد نتایج اوّلیه پژوهش است؛ با نظریه توازن (بین هزینه‌ها و منافع بدهی‌ها) سازگاری دارد.
 نتیجه‌گیری: آگاهی از نقش منابع مالی برون‌سازمانی و توان چانه‌زنی در افزایش سرعت تعدیل سرمایه در گردش به‌منظور دستیابی به سطحی بهینه از آن، می‌تواند اطلاعات مفیدی در اختیار مدیران واحدهای تجاری و سرمایه‌گذاران قرار دهد.
