بررسی تأثیر ابعاد دقت سود بر پاداش هیئت‌مدیره در شرکت‌های پذیرفته شده بورس اوراق بهادار تهران

چکیده

اگر پاداش تناسبی با عملکرد واقعی مدیران نداشته باشد نه تنها سبب افزایش ارزش شرکت نمی‌شود بلکه ابزاری برای انتقال ثروت خواهد بود. در مطالعه حاضر این پرسش‌ها مطرح شده است که آیا در برنامه‌های پاداش مدیران به انگیزه‌های دستیابی به آستانه‌های سود و تعدیل نامتقارن سود هدف، که دقت سود را از بعد دستکاری و مدیریت آن تحت تأثیر قرار می‌دهند، توجه و اعتنای کافی می‌شود؟ بنابراین هدف اصلی پژوهش، بررسی تأثیر دستیابی به آستانۀ سود و تعدیل نامتقارن سود هدف به عنوان ابعاد دقت سود، بر پاداش مدیران است. برای این منظور از داده‌های 121 شرکت پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران طی سال‌های 1387 تا 1394، رگرسیون چند متغیره و مدل داده‌های ترکیبی استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که دستیابی به آستانه‌های سود، نقش فعالی را در پاداش‌دهی مدیران ایفا می‌کند و سبب کاهش پاداش می‌شود و نیز تعدیل نامتقارن سود هدف تأثیر مثبتی بر پاداش دارد درحالی که در شرکت‌های با عملکرد خوب و عملکردضعیف در صنعت، این تأثیرگذاری منفی و معنا‌دار است.
