الگویی برای حاکمیت شرکتی در بانکهای ایران
هدف: با توجه به ماهیت خاص بانکها در اقتصاد، استقرار حاکمیت شرکتی بر اساس الگویی جامع و منحصر به فرد از اهمیت خاصی برخوردار است. هدف از این پژوهش، ارائه الگویی بومی برای حاکمیت شرکتی در بانکهای ایران و شناسایی و طبقهبندی ابعاد، مؤلفهها و شاخصهای آن بوده است. روش: مبانی نظری و پیشینة موضوع این پژوهش با استفاده از آخرین اصول و استانداردهای مرتبط داخلی و بینالمللی پیرامون سیستمهای بانکی مختلف در دنیا مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و با جمعآوری و تجمیع آنها، الگوی اولیه حاکمیت شرکتی برای بانکها در چارچوب تفکر سیستمی تدوین شد و به روش دلفی فازی، مورد نظرخواهی از 110 نفر گروه خبرگان قرار گرفت. یافتهها: بر اساس تجزیه و تحلیل نظرات ارائهشده از سوی گروه خبرگان، کلیات الگوی سیستمی شامل 19 مؤلفه و 153 شاخص در قالب تفکر سیستمی مشتمل بر چهار بُعد عوامل محیطی، نهادهها، فرایندها و اهداف و نتایج تأیید شد. همچنین 9 شاخص از بُعد محیطی، یک شاخص از بعد فرایندی و 7 شاخص از بعد نهادهها مورد تأیید خبرگان واقع نشد. نتیجهگیری: الگوی نهایی پژوهش حاضر با توجه به جامعیت و گستره شمول آن در تمامی ابعاد، میتواند به عنوان معیاری برای استقرار حاکمیت شرکتی در بانکها و ارزیابی وضعیت آنها مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

ارائۀ الگویی برای تدوین طرح پاداش مدیران اجرایی ارشد بر مبنای چارچوب ارزیابی متوازن
هدف:هدف این تحقیق ارائه الگویی برای پاداش مدیران اجرایی ارشد در شرکتهای تولیدی خصوصی کشور در قالب چارچوب ارزیابی متوازن است. این چارچوب حاوی معیارهای گذشتهنگر و آیندهنگر در چهار وجه مالی، مشتری، فرایندهای داخلی و رشد و یادگیری است که براساس آن میتوان به بهترین نحو عملکرد گذشته مدیر را ارزیابی و نقشه راه آینده شرکت را ترسیم نمود. روش: روش تحقیق از نوع کیفی و پیمایشی است. در مرحلۀ اول، با استفاده از روش دلفی فازی1و از طریق اجرای مصاحبه با 16 خبره دانشگاهی، عوامل اثرگذار در طراحی الگوی پاداش تعیین شد. در مرحله دوم، با استفاده از پرسشنامه و روش تحلیل سلسله مراتبی فازی2 وزن هریک از چهار وجه ارزیابی متوازن در الگوی پاداش پیشنهادی مشخص شد. پرسشنامه تحقیق در این مرحله توسط 22 نفر که سابقه مدیرعاملی و عضویت در هیئتمدیره شرکتها در صنایع گوناگون را دارند، تکمیل شد. بنابراین، مجموع گروه خبرگان تحقیق 38 نفر است. مطالعه در سال 1397 و 1398 صورت گرفته است. یافتهها:عوامل اثرگذار در طراحی الگوی پیشنهادیدر سه گروه مشخصههای مدیر، مشخصههای محیط درونی و مشخصههای محیط بیرونی طبقهبندی شدهاند. بر اساس یافتههای تحقیق، عامل ارتباط مؤثر با گروه در میان مشخصههای مدیر و در الگوی پیشنهادی تحقیقوجه رشد و یادگیری بالاترین اهمیت را به خود اختصاص دادند. نتیجهگیری:حصول بالاترین ضریب برای وجه رشد و یادگیری حاکی از این موضوع است که از دیدگاه خبرگان تغییرات زیربنایی باید بالاترین درجه اهمیت را در تخصیص پاداش به مدیریت داشته باشند.

بررسی تأثیر دیدگاههای تردید حرفهای حسابرس بر ارزیابی ریسک تقلب،با توجه به اثر مداخلهکنندگی مهارت ارتباطی و تضعیف اجتماعی
هدف: تحقیق حاضر تأثیر دیدگاههای تردید حرفهای حسابرس بر ارزیابی ریسک تقلب را با توجه به اثر مداخلهکنندگی مهارت ارتباطی و تضعیف اجتماعی، در میان 445 نفر از حسابرسان شاغل در سازمان حسابرسی و مؤسسات خصوصی حسابرسی استان تهران بررسی مینماید. روش: این پژوهش از حیث هدف کاربردی، از حیث روش توصیفی- پیمایشی و مربوط به سال 1396 است. این تحقیق به آزمون فرضیهها بر حسب روابط مبتنی بر الگوی پیشبینی میپردازد و به دنبال تعیین اثر مداخلهگری ابعاد مهارت ارتباطی و تضعیف اجتماعی بر رابطۀ تردید حرفهای حسابرس و ارزیابی ریسک تقلب، از روش آمار استنباطی است. دادههای پژوهش از طریق پرسشنامه، جمعآوری شده و با استفاده از معادلات ساختاری به کمک نرمافزار آموس، مورد تحلیل قرار گرفته است. یافتهها: نتایج این مطالعه نشان میدهد که از میان شش مشخصه تردید حرفهای، تنها دو عامل ذهن پرسشگر و وقفه در قضاوت بر ارزیابی ریسک تقلب معنادار هستند. مهارت ارتباطی با سه شاخص تردید حرفهای در ارزیابی ریسک تقلب، یعنی جستجوی دانش، وقفه در قضاوت و اعتماد به نفس اثر مداخلهگری مثبت و معنادار دارد. تضعیف اجتماعی بر سه شاخص تردید حرفهای در ارزیابی ریسک تقلب، یعنی ذهن پرسشگر، وقفه در قضاوت و اعتماد به نفس اثر مداخلهگری منفی و معنادار دارد. نتیجهگیری: از آنجایی که ویژگیهای رفتاری و اخلاقی حسابرسان در به کارگیری تردید حرفهای و ارزیابی ریسک تقلب مؤثر است، توجه هر چه بیشتر به ابعاد رفتاری و اخلاقی آنها در محیط کار حسابرسی حائز اهمیت است.

انحراف از سطح بهینه ساختار سرمایه و ناکارایی سرمایهگذاریهای واحد تجاری
هدف:کارایی سرمایهگذاری از عوامل مهم تأثیرگذار بر عملکرد شرکت است. از طرفی تصمیمات تأمین مالی به سبب تأثیراتی که غیر بهینگی ساختار سرمایه بر نرخ هزینه سرمایه و جریانهای نقدی شرکت دارد، تصمیمات سرمایهگذاری را تحت تأثیر قرار میدهد. در این پژوهش به بررسی رابطۀ بین اندازه انحراف از سطح بهینه ساختار سرمایه و اندازه ناکارایی سرمایهگذاریهای واحد تجاری پرداخته شده است. روش: این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی، همبستگی و پس رویدادی است. در این پژوهش جامعة آماری تمامی شرکتهای پذیرفته شده در بازار اوراق بهادار تهران هستند که از آن میان 1562 سال- شرکت درسال های 1396-1386 انتخاب شده است. یافتهها: نتایج پژوهش نشان میدهد که افزایش انحراف از سطح بهینه ساختار سرمایه سبب افزایش ناکارایی سرمایهگذاری میگردد. همچنین نتایج نشان میدهد که افزایش انحراف مثبت از ساختار سرمایه بهینه (بیش اهرمی) تأثیر منفی و معناداری بر بیش سرمایهگذاری و تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر کم سرمایهگذاری در شرکتها دارد. همچنین با افزایش انحراف منفی از سطح بهینه ساختار سرمایه، بیش سرمایهگذاری افزایش و کم سرمایهگذاری کاهش مییابد. نتیجهگیری: براساس یافتهها ساختار سرمایه بهینه، از طریق تعدیل جریانهای نقدی در دسترس و نرخ بهرۀ مورد انتظار، میتواند کارایی سرمایهگذاری را تحت تأثیر قرار دهد.

تأثیر سوگیری در پیشبینی سود مدیریت بر رفتار سرمایهگذاری شرکت و عدم تقارن اطلاعاتی
هدف: پیشبینی سود توسط مدیریت یکی از مکانیزمهایی است که مدیریت از طریق آن اطلاعاتی را دربارۀ وضعیت سودآوری آتی شرکت ارائه میکند. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تأثیر سوگیری در پیشبینی سود مدیریت بر رفتار سرمایهگذاری شرکت و عدم تقارن اطلاعاتی شرکتهای پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران انجام شده است. روش: این پژوهش از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و از لحاظ ماهیت، همبستگی است. به منظور دستیابی به هدف پژوهش، تعداد 155 شرکت از میان شرکتهای پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران طی سالهای 1385 تا 1396 به روش حذف سیستماتیک، انتخاب و به عنوان نمونۀ اصلی در نظر گرفته شد. برای بررسی روابط بین متغیرها نیز از رگرسیون چندمتغیره استفاده گردید. یافتهها: نتایج پژوهش، بیانگر آن است که سوگیری در پیشبینی سود توسط مدیریت بر رفتار سرمایهگذاری شرکت، تأثیر منفی دارد. نتیجهگیری: مدیران در جهت حفظ منافع خود و در راستای آرامش سرمایهگذاران بالفعل و سایر ذینفعان، برای مخفی نگهداشتن اثر ناکارایی سرمایهگذاریها، سود پیشبینی شده را همراه با سوگیری گزارش مینمایند.

تأثیر ارتباطات سیاسی بر رابطه بین توانایی مدیریت و گزارشگری مالی متقلبانه
هدف: کیفیت مدیریت شرکت میتواند یک اثر تأییدکنندهای بر ارزش شرکت داشته و از طریق ارائه گزارشهای سودمند و انتشار آنها در بازار سرمایه میتواند زمینه اتخاذ تصمیمات صحیح اقتصادی فراهم نماید و از طرفی ارتباطات سیاسی، انگیزۀ مدیران در ارتباط با گزارشگری مالی و تهیه صورتهای مالی تحت تأثیر قرار میدهد. از این رو هدف از انجام این پژوهش، تأثیر ارتباطات سیاسی بر رابطۀ بین توانایی مدیریت و گزارشگری مالی متقلبانه در شرکتهای پذیرفتهشده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران است. روش: بهمنظور دستیابی به هدف پژوهش، براساس رگرسیون لجستیک دوجملهای، تعداد 158 شرکت از میان شرکتهای پذیرفتهشده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران طی سالهای 1390 تا 1396 به روش نمونهگیری، جامعه در دسترس انتخاب و در مجموع 1106 سال- شرکت جهت انجام تحلیل در نظر گرفته شد. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که بین توانایی مدیریت و گزارشگری مالی متقلبانه رابطه منفی و معناداری وجود دارد. همچنین تأثیر ارتباطات سیاسی، بر توانایی مدیریت و گزارشگری مالی متقلبانه یک رابطه مثبت و معنادار وجود دارد. نتیجهگیری: با افزایش توانایی مدیریت، گزارشگری مالی متقلبانه کاهش مییابد و ارتباطات سیاسی شرکت میتواند تأثیر توانایی مدیریت در کاهش گزارشگری مالی متقلبانه را تضعیف یا محدود کند. بدین معنی، در شرکتهای با ارتباطات سیاسی با افزایش تواناییهای مدیریت گزارشگری مالی متقلبانه نیز افزایش مییابد. به عبارت دیگر، توانایی مدیریت در کاهش گزارشگری مالی متقلبانه در شرکتهای با ارتباطات سیاسی، ضعیفتر از شرکتهای بدون ارتباطات سیاسی است.

ارتباط بین بیشاطمینانی مدیریت، تأمین مالی داخلی و کارایی سرمایهگذاری
هدف:هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی ارتباط بین بیشاطمینانی مدیریت، تأمین مالی داخلی و کارایی سرمایهگذاری شرکتهای پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران است. روش:بدین ترتیب تعداد 130 شرکت برای دوره زمانی 1396-1386 انتخاب شد. کارایی سرمایهگذاری از طریق شاخصهای سرمایهگذاری بیشتر و کمتر از حد اندازهگیری گردید. همچنین برای سنجش بیشاطمینانی مدیریت و تأمین مالی داخلی به ترتیب از مخارج سرمایهای و سود انباشته بهره گرفته شد. یافتهها:نتایج نشان داد که بین بیشاطمینانی مدیریت و تأمین مالی داخلی، ارتباط مثبت وجود دارد. همچنین بین بیشاطمینانی مدیریت با سطح سرمایهگذاری و سرمایهگذاری بیشتر از حد، ارتباط مثبت و با سرمایهگذاری کمتر از حد، ارتباط منفی وجود دارد. از سوی دیگر، نتایج نشان داد که بین تأمین مالی داخلی با سطح سرمایهگذاری و سرمایهگذاری بیشتر از حد ارتباط مثبت و با سرمایهگذاری کمتر از حد ارتباط منفی وجود دارد. در نهایت یافتهها حاکی از آن بود که تأمین مالی داخلی بر رابطه بین بیشاطمینانی مدیریت و سطح سرمایهگذاری تأثیر مثبت دارد و تأثیر تعاملی تأمین مالی داخلی بر رابطه بین بیشاطمینانی مدیریت و سرمایهگذاری بیشتر از حد مثبت و معنادار است، در حالیکه این رابطه برای شرکتهای کم سرمایهگذار معنادار نیست. نتیجهگیری:وجود منابع داخلی، انگیزه مدیران بیش اطمینان در مصرف منابع جهت منافع شخصی را افزایش داده و موجب رفتارهای سرمایهگذاری غیربهینه میشود. این فرایند از طریق افزایش سطوح سرمایهگذاری انجام میپذیرد.

بررسی تأثیر اجتناب از پرداخت مالیات بر کارایی سرمایهگذاری
هدف: این پژوهش به بررسی تأثیر اجتناب از پرداخت مالیات بر کارایی سرمایهگذاری شرکتهای پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران میپردازد. به منظور اندازهگیری اجتناب از پرداختمالیات از شاخص نرخ مؤثر مالیاتی نقدی و برای اندازهگیری کارایی سرمایهگذاری از الگوی ریچاردسون (2006) استفاده شده است. روش: نمونۀآماری پژوهش شامل 152 شرکت از شرکتهای پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران طیسالهای 1387 الی 1396 است. برای آزمون فرضیه پژوهش از رگرسیون حداقل مربعات معمولی برایدادههای ترکیبی استفاده شده است. یافتهها: بر اساس یافتههای پژوهش، افزایش اجتناب از پرداخت مالیات، کارایی سرمایهگذاری شرکت را کاهش میدهد. نتیجهگیری: هرچند میتوان گفت که فعالیتهای اجتناب از پرداخت مالیات مستلزم پنهان کردن حقایق و انجام معاملات پیچیده است که منجر به رفتارهای فرصتطلبانه مدیریت و کاهش کارایی سرمایهگذاری شرکت میشود؛ اما در شرایط ایران اجتناب از پرداخت مالیات رویهای است که نه لزوماً به قصد ایجاد کارایی بیشتر بلکه به طور معمول توسط شرکتها دنبال میشود.
